Cold Harbor Realty opened it's doors September 2007. After working side-by-side with his father for over 6 years in the Real Estate and Property Management field Eddie knew this was what he loved and truly wanted to pursue. Born and raised in Lexington, Eddie knows the heart of the Bluegrass through and through. Before working in the Real Estate field, Eddie graduated from The College of Charleston, in South Carolina. After obtaining a degree in Corporate Communications, he returned to Lexington with a desire to build a career in the Real Estate business. Working with his father, Ed Maggard, Sr.,
(a prominent Real Estate Broker and Property Manager in Lexington since the mid 70's) provided Eddie with a wealth of knowledge and immeasurable hands-on experience. Cold Harbor Realty was founded with a passion to provide exceptional services to new and existing clients.
